The domain Thevenot le Brun et fils is managed by Jean and Daniel Thevenot. It is located in the heart of The Hautes Côtes region in Burgundy. Our village Marey les Fussey is 8 kms from Nuits Saint Georges and 12 kms from Beaune.
Five generations followed one another on the family estate which history is linked to the Hautes Côtes region and the birth of the appelations Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits and Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune in 1961
The appellation Hautes Côtes is located in the hilly area that dominate Nuits saint Georges.
The vineyard is planted in chalky soils on steep hillsides faced to the South where the vines plants can take advantage of a good sunlight exposure.
The domain spreads over 26 hectares of vineyard.
