The vineyard is mainly planted with the
three traditionnal grape varieties of Burgundy : Pinot Noir,
Chardonnay and Aligoté. We also cultivate Pinot Blanc
and Pinot Beurot. It is located on the hillsides faced to the south
in front of our village.
The production concerns the appellations
Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune
and Bourgogne Aligoté. The
vineyard stretches over 26 hectares. We also cultivate 3 hectares of
blackcurrant. Les Renardes
and Le Clos du Vignon are two particular terroirs of the
domain.
